Delaney finally decided that she was ready to.
We have been enjoying the book "Mouse Paint", by Ellen Stoll Walsh. It is a cute little story about how mice learn about making colors with the primary colors. We have read it around 28 times this week, so Delaney has a pretty good idea about how to mix colors now. :)
She wanted to make her monster mask purple. She knew she needed red and blue paint.
We found a paper bag and some paint, and she mixed her colors and got to work.
She painted a happy mouth, because "This is a happy monster, not a scary one."
She added some eyes, and a nose.
We let it dry, then cut some holes for the eyes.
Rrrrrroar!!!!!
